How do I make a reservation?
It is very simple and 100% online. Select the date and locker size on our website and complete the secure payment. You will instantly receive a personal numerical code via email. Upon arrival at the shop, you just need to type that code at the door to enter and, once inside, on the locker screen to open yours.
What are the locker sizes?
We have three sizes adapted to your needs:

• M Locker (Medium): 28cm x 50cm x 76cm (Ideal for 1 carry-on bag + backpack).
• L Locker (Large): 59cm x 50cm x 76cm (For 2 carry-on bags + backpacks).
• XL Locker (Extra Large): 90cm x 50cm x 76cm (For 4 carry-on bags or special luggage).
Where are we located?
We are located in the heart of Granada (Km 0), at Acera del Darro No. 2 (Pasaje Regina). You will find us right next to the Airport bus stop, El Corte Inglés, and very close to the Cathedral.
What is the minimum rental time for your lockers?
We offer total flexibility. You can book from a minimum of 3 hours with our Express Rate, up to full days or weeks. You choose how much time you need.
Is my luggage insured?
Yes, absolutely. Your safety comes first. We have 24-hour video surveillance connected to Prosegur, and your reservation includes luggage insurance with Generali for up to €1,000 per locker.
Can I access the locker again during my booking?
Of course! You have unlimited access throughout your reservation period. You just need to type your personal code at the entrance door to enter the shop and on the internal screen as many times as you want to drop off shopping or pick something up without paying extra.
What are our opening hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our system is fully automated using your numerical code, so you can access your luggage at any time of the day or night.
I need to leave my suitcase for more than one day
No problem. In fact, we offer special discounts for long stays. From the 3rd day onwards, the price per day is progressively reduced, allowing you to save up to 50% on weekly bookings.
Can I go without a reservation?
Yes, you can book at the door by scanning the information code with your phone to access the website, subject to availability. However, we recommend **booking online in advance** to secure your spot and receive your access code before you arrive.
