General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Lockers
Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the contracting of the Taquillas Puerta Real lockers (INVERSIONES FAMILIARES JICARO SL.) through the website https://taquillaspuertareal.es/, as well as their use. Likewise, these terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between INVERSIONES FAMILIARES JICARO SL. (Taquillas Puerta Real) and the User who contracts the Taquillas Puerta Real locker service.
The Service
Taquillas Puerta Real offers its Users the possibility of renting any of its lockers for periods of calendar days, within the hours offered.
What types of lockers does Taquillas Puerta Real offer?

What can a User put in their locker?
Within the limits established in the section User Obligations, Limits on the Use of Lockers, a User may place any number of items within the specified measurements, so as not to overload the locker.
How can a User find out if lockers are available?
Users can check the availability of lockers for the desired days on the website https://taquillaspuertareal.es/.
How long can a locker be rented for?
Users can contract the locker rental service for a minimum period of 3 hours at the express rate.
When can the User access their locker?
The locker rental service is available to Users 24 hours a day, any day of the week.
Can Users access their lockers more than once?
Yes. Users can access their rented locker as many times as they want or need during the rental period. If you have forgotten something or need to access your locker during the day, you can do so without any problems during the reserved period.
What is the price per locker?
The price per locker will be as indicated on the website https://taquillaspuertareal.es/ at the time of booking, and the User can take advantage of any offers available at that time. Prices include VAT and refer to the rental of one locker (depending on its size) per calendar day.
How are lockers used?
The lockers are fully automatic. The User will make the reservation through the website, indicating their personal details, the number of lockers, size, and reservation period. Once the reservation is complete, they will receive confirmation by email with the number of lockers assigned and the security access code.
What happens if there is a problem?
In the event of a breakdown, blockage, or any other type of incident, the User may contact the assistance service:

Can the User modify or cancel their reservation?
Yes, provided that such modification or cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the date on which the reserved service begins.
Access and Reservation
To contract the locker service, it is essential to:
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Fill in the fields on the RESERVATIONS form truthfully and accurately (first and last name, telephone number, email address, reservation date, rental days, number and size of lockers, payment details).
- Accept these general terms and conditions of contract and use.
- Accept the privacy policy of INVERSIONES FAMILIARES JICARO SL.
Once the process is complete, the User will receive confirmation of their reservation by email with the assigned locker number(s), the days reserved, and the access code(s).

Purpose: Management of reservations and sending of commercial communications by email (with consent).
Legitimacy: Execution of the contract. Express consent for commercial communications.
Recipients: No data is communicated to third parties, except where legally required.
Rights: Access, rectification, opposition, limitation, and cancellation, by writing to the postal address or email address indicated.
The personal data provided will be used to manage the reservation and comply with the obligations of the service. Inversiones Familiares JICARO, S.L. will keep the data for the time necessary to provide the service and comply with its legal obligations.
Users are informed that there are video surveillance cameras on the premises of Taquillas Puerta Real, with the corresponding notices in accordance with current data protection regulations.
The User may exercise their rights of access, opposition, limitation, rectification, and cancellation by writing (enclosing a copy of their ID card/foreign resident ID card or passport) to: C/ Nécora 5, 5º D, 18003 Granada, or to taquillaspuertareal@gmail.com. In the event of a breach, the User may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Inversiones Familiares JICARO, S.L. does not carry out international data transfers or make automated decisions.
User Obligations and Limits on the Use of Lockers
By contracting the service, the User agrees to:
- Use the lockers only to store their own belongings that they need to store temporarily.
- Use the lockers diligently and ensure that they are properly locked when leaving the premises.
- Not to use the lockers for illegal purposes or to store items whose possession or trafficking is illegal (stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material, etc.).
- Not to store items whose possession requires a license without having one (e.g., weapons).
- Not to insert contaminating or dangerous material (flammable objects, hazardous substances, etc.).
- Do not use the lockers to store animals or any other living creatures.
- Do not place food in the lockers unless it is packaged and cannot spill, stain, or produce odors.
- Do not give your security code to third parties.
- Do not use lockers as a means of trafficking goods between parties.
- Remain on the premises only for the time strictly necessary to access your locker.
- Do not eat or drink inside the premises.
- Remove your belongings before 11:59 p.m. on the last day of rental.
- Leave the lockers in the same condition in which you found them and report any incidents.
- Do not take photographs or videos inside the premises or of the security mechanisms.
- Do not place money, jewelry, technological items, or goods of special value in the lockers (you do so at your own risk).
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Breach of the Rental Period
If the User does not empty the locker(s) before the rental period expires, Inversiones Familiares JICARO, S.L. will be authorized to access them and remove the items. The company will temporarily store the goods and attempt to contact the User. After 15 days without contact, the goods will be considered abandoned.
For each day of delay, an amount equivalent to the daily price of the locker will be charged, plus a penalty of €150, without prejudice to any claim for damages.
In the case of parcels being sent to the User: €25 per parcel within Spain and €50 per parcel outside Spain. If payment is not made within 10 calendar days of notification of the amount, the goods will be considered abandoned.
Failure to Comply with the Proper Use of Lockers
Inversiones Familiares JICARO, S.L. reserves the right to remove any prohibited items and, where appropriate, to call the police. The removal of prohibited items will incur a penalty of €150, without prejudice to the obligation to pay damages.
Damage Caused to Lockers
The User shall be fully liable for any damage caused by misuse. They shall pay the cost of repair or replacement (quantified at €1,000 in the case of replacement), plus a penalty equivalent to the daily rental fee for each day that the locker remains unusable, without prejudice to any other damages.
Payment of Penalties
Penalties shall be paid using the same payment method used when contracting the service, or by bank transfer. The User expressly accepts that Inversiones Familiares JICARO, S.L. may proceed to collect payment using the card or payment method with which the service was contracted.
Obligations of Inversiones Familiares JICARO, S.L.
Inversiones Familiares JICARO, S.L. undertakes to maintain the locker service active and to make the locker(s) available to the User in good working order during the contracted period, as well as to resolve any incidents as quickly as possible.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to Spanish jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from this contract.
